For CBTm Facilitators

The CBTm Leadership Team brings together members from psychiatry, psychology, and social work with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The CBTm Team is committed to supporting improved mental health care and access to all individuals and to providing ongoing support to the mental health community through the promotion and implementation of CBTm.

If you have recently attended a training workshop, we recommend that you observe CBTm classes that are led by experienced CBTm facilitators. Our team encourages you to shadow one of each of the 5 classes (Class 1 through 5) at least once, and then to try co-facilitating to build your skills and confidence with the CBTm materials!

There are several sites running CBTm classes that welcome newly trained facilitators to observe their classes. To find out more about observing and co-facilitating CBTm classes, please email the CBTm Team at cbtm@umanitoba.ca for more information!
