The Turning Pages CBTm program may be useful for older adults, over the age of 50, that are experiencing sadness, anxiety, or feeling challenges related to transitions such as retirement or caregiving.
What will I learn?
Turning Pages is an innovative community-based mental health program offered in partnership with the University of Manitoba. Our goal is to improve mental health symptoms through education, skill building, peer support, and community connections. Turning Pages is rooted in best practices and evidence-based research to help strengthen the mental health of older adults.
